A pair of armed and armless parlour suite lounge chairs, with a pleasing green and cream contrasting upholstery. The armless chair designed to accommodate the billowing Edwardian ladies skirt, the armed chair for the Pipe smoking gentlemen to relax in after a difficult tram ride back to the suburbs. I romanticise their history but undoubtedly these chairs have a history. A fine pair of antique mahogany quality seats ready for another hundred years of use.
Condition is fair. The fabric has lots of wear, including scuffs, light staining and rough edges. The wooden frames have age-related marks and signs of old repairs ( drill holes which have been filled and coloured) . Overall condition is " rough around the edges" . Both frames are solid. These chairs have had a full wash and rinse with wool safe products.

DELIVERY

We currently charge a flat fee of 60 pounds for delivery.

The delivery time varies from 1-2 weeks but can take more, or less, time in certain circumstances.

We are happy to quote prior to purchase, combine postage and ship abroad. 

We will require assistance if personally delivering - a two man option is available on request, at additional cost.

If a third-party courier service or pallet delivery is chosen you can expect a door only delivery.

Free collection is welcomed.
