A lovely 1960s vintage teak oval extending dining table made by G Plan as part of their Fresco range. This is a classic mid century British design and features a warm toned teak veneer on the top, a lovely curving solid teak trim around the outside and a nice solid teak frame with shaped feet. The top pulls apart revealing a butterfly hinge extension which folds out to seat up to 8 or 10 at a squeeze. This table is finished in a satin/ gloss lacquer. The non-extended top surface has had a careful re-finish. This has a really lovely quality to it and is a great example of British midcentury design with a Danish inspiration.
Good vintage condition – there are a few minor marks on the base. Around the outer edge trim there's a slightly lighter toned strip. The top surface has been refinished to a good condition but the central extension leaf is slightly more glossy as it wasn't re-finished (see photos). The frame has a couple of well blended tea caps where a structural repair was made – this has insured that the frame is structurally sound and has blended in quite well. Overall, this is a nice looking table and is structurally sound.

We will require assistance if personally delivering - a two man option is available on request, at additional cost.

If a third-party courier service or pallet delivery is chosen you can expect a door only delivery.
