A really stunning late 1950s to early 1960s mid century sideboard believed to have been designed by German designer Christian Dell . This has a beautiful veneer that has been carefully restored to bring out the intense contrasting grain pattern. It has four shelves and a cupboard withe a removable shelf. It sits on brass capped legs. This is a really unique and rare piece with lots of beautiful mid century styling.
CONDITION:
Good to very good condition - The outer rosewood surfaces have had a re-finish and all look great. There are some small filled in spots on the top that you can see in certain light. The edges have some minor dents and there are some faint scratches remaining under the finish. The metal work has some slight tarnishing. There is a water mark inside the cupboard. The drawers aren't the smoothest running but are acceptable.
