Fair to good condition - There is some discolouration and quite a few different tones in the wood finish. Mostly free of scratches and has a very solid and well built frame. There are some scuffs in the drawer and the cupboard space. Overall charming with visual imperfections

We will require assistance if personally delivering - a two man option is available on request, at additional cost.
If a third-party courier service or pallet delivery is chosen you can expect a door only delivery.
