Good to Very good condition - This is in great condition aside from some cosmetic issues mainly on the top. Some sun fading on the top where an upper unit used to sit. A few scuffs on the top. A very small filled chip to the top left rear corner. Some slight veneer damage on the outer facing edge of the right door. A slight stain on one of the drawers.
