An impressive modern custom-made solid oak sideboard with a red granite top. This is incredibly well constructed and hand finished with a solid oak construction and features nice octagonal pillars on the corners and centre with matching octagonal handles on the doors. At the top and bottom there is a nice insect strip of dark hardwood. This has a lovely golden oak tone to it. The inside is split in two with each half having two height adjustable shelves. The top features a 4 cm thick slab of polished red granite which lifts off when needed for moving.

The granite slab is extremely heavy (100kgs) so please ensure good access for delivery and it is recommended that this doesn't travel upstairs.
Good to very good condition - overall this is in an excellent condition with minimal scuff or marks on the exterior. Right at the top of the octagonal pillars where they meet the granite top there are a few chips out of the oak - these most likely occurred while removing the top but aren't very visible once the top is in place (see photo). There are a few faint marks on the shelf tops. This is incredibly well built and the structurally sound with no noted structural issues. The granite is in an excellent condition with no chips and no particularly noticeable scratches.

DELIVERY

We currently charge a flat fee of 60 pounds for delivery.

The delivery time varies from 1-2 weeks but can take more, or less, time in certain circumstances.

We are happy to quote prior to purchase, combine postage and ship abroad. 

We will require assistance if personally delivering - a two man option is available on request, at additional cost.

If a third-party courier service or pallet delivery is chosen you can expect a door only delivery.

Free collection is welcomed.
