Good condition - There are some minor scuffs on the right side. The front left door has some slight discoloured spots. The bottom drawer has an ink stain inside. The top drawer has some staining on the felt. There is a faint water ring mark inside the left cupboard and a few minor scuffs in the cupboards. The top has been re-finished and looks great. This is a solid and lovely thing overall.

We will require assistance if personally delivering - a two man option is available on request, at additional cost.
If a third-party courier service or pallet delivery is chosen you can expect a door only delivery.
