A vintage 1960s teak and walnut dresser made by Austinsuite. This has a great midcentury look with teardrop metal handles, floating top and nice curves around the edges. There are six drawers in total, the two upper drawers have a lovely black walnut veneer on the front. It sits on tapering original legs that can be unscrewed if needed. Originally made as a dresser, this would make a great statement TV unit to give a fun retro vibe.

CONDITION:

Fair to good vintage condition

There are some minor scratches and scuffs across the unit especially on the edges. On the inside face there’s a small filled in bit of damage. Underneath the floating top on the right side there is a circular section where veneer has bubbled up and is discoloured, thankfully it’s at the rear so it’s mostly hidden. Overall even with the minor scuffs and dinks over the unit it’s a good looking thing and is structurally sound.
