CONDITION: The chair is in fair condition. The vinyl has a crack finish to it which is part of the design. There is a large scuff to the back, see photo. There is a scuff hole to the front edge, see photo. The seat cushion and arms are in a matt finish, the rest is glossy. There are some rust spots to the base. The swivel works well.
