A great 1970s vintage Danish oval extending dining table by Gudme Møbelfabrik. This has round, solid teak legs that are detachable for access as well as nice curved, solid teak trim around the top edge. There are two extensions, allowing up to 10 people to be seated. The main surface has had a sand and re-finish and is in great condition with a nice warm tone. The sliding mechanism works smoothly.
CONDITION:
Good to very good condition - The top has one small filled section of damage on the centre line where a small chip to the veneer occurred but it's not too visible. There is a small 1cm inlaid bit of teak veneer on the top which looks like it was a factory issue. The legs have some colour fading and a few minor scuffs. One of the leaves has a faint ring mark. It opens up smoothly. The main top surface has has a careful re-finish and oil and looks very nice.
