A vintage Danish 1960s teak highboard. This is a beautiful quality retro mid century piece of furniture with beautiful honey toned teak veneer and lovely curving solid teak handles as well as a brilliant angle to the side silhouette.

 It features four large sliding doors at the top. On the left side, there is a cupboard with two height adjustable shelves. On the right there is a lovely mirror backed drinks compartment with one shallow height adjustable shelf and three small green felt line drawers with a nice contrasting light wood front. The central two doors open up to a double wide shelving section with two height adjustable and removable shelves. The lower section is deeper and features six small drawers with really beautiful solid teak handles and lovely lighter toned wood construction. In the centre there is a further two smaller sliding doors – the left-hand side is an open cupboard, the right hand features a removable sewing basket with a lovely retro fabric and light blue painted storage shelf. There's a really stunning quality to this piece and the top and sides had a careful refinish just to bring out the overall look.

Please note this is a very heavy and large item - please ensure you have adequate access for delivery and are happy to assist with the delivery. 
Good vintage condition – there are some general age related marks and scratches, but nothing too serious. The top sides have had a gentle refinish and have a really nice look to them. The front face has a few minor little marks but nothing that really attracts from the look. Inside the drawers there are some pen marks. There are a few small scuffs and scratches inside the cupboard spaces, but nothing too bad. Overall, this has a really impressive and stunning look, is structurally sound, and has a nice amount of aged patina.

DELIVERY

We currently charge a flat fee of 60 pounds for delivery.

The delivery time varies from 1-2 weeks but can take more, or less, time in certain circumstances.

We are happy to quote prior to purchase, combine postage and ship abroad. 

We will require assistance if personally delivering - a two man option is available on request, at additional cost.

If a third-party courier service or pallet delivery is chosen you can expect a door only delivery.

Free collection is welcomed.
