Fair to good overall - there are some minor watermarks ang sun fading on the front. The top has some sun fading where an upper unit sat. The top left rear corner has a small patch of veneer wear-through. There are a few minor scuffs. The top has had a re-finish.

We will require assistance if personally delivering - a two man option is available on request, at additional cost.
If a third-party courier service or pallet delivery is chosen you can expect a door only delivery.
