A lovely 1940s-50s mid century Danish easy lounge chair attributed to Alfred Christensen of Slagelse Mobelfabrik. This has a beautiful sweeping shape to the back and the stained beech arms. The fabric is an original beige pinstripe in a worn condition expected of the age but still with plenty of charm. The seat has serpentine springs underneath for extra comfort. This is a really iconic early mid century vintage Danish design.
CONDITION:
Fair condition - The fabric has some heavy wear on the seat and top and some staining. The wood has some discoloured marks. The frame is solid.
