A nice little vintage teak bookcase from G Plan. This has a nice retro look with the warm teak veneer and the shaped solid teak front edge. The bottom shelf is height adjustable but the top is fixed in place. This sits on turned legs. It has a small strip of inserted wood at the bottom front to allow the legs to sit in the right place as this was adapted from a larger unit (we don't like anything wasted).
CONDITION:
Fair to good condition - This has an added strip of wood on the bottom front which is a slightly different tone, near it there is a chip to the teak front edge at the bottom. There are a few very small chips to the top side edge. The surfaces are all pretty clean and scratch free aside from a small scuff on the left. There is a visible sun faded line in the backing board above the top shelf. Overall it looks pretty good and is structurally solid.
