Fair to good condition - some sun fading on the top where an upper unit sat. Some general age related scuffs and scratches but nothing too deep or noticeable. Some patches of small scuffs on the left side. A slight chip on the front and a small discoloured spot on a door front. This has a fair amount of minor cosmetic wear but looks good overall.

We will require assistance if personally delivering - a two man option is available on request, at additional cost.
If a third-party courier service or pallet delivery is chosen you can expect a door only delivery.
