A beautiful vintage 1960s midcentury extending dining table in walnut and teak by British furniture maker Gordon Russell. This has a lovely walnut veneer on the top with a teak trim surrounding it and solid teak legs. The sides have a great sloping angle underneath made of solid mahogany showing the real solid quality of it. The extension leaf is stored neatly underneath the top when not in use and allows for 10 people to seat easily or 12 people at a slight squeeze. There are locking tabs under the table that stop the top opening up when not needed.
Good condition overall - there are some spots on the top where the finish has discoloured and has signs of wear but is mostly good. The frame is in beautiful condition. This is an incredibly well made and beautiful quality table.
