CONDITION: The sofa is in fair condition. There's lots of wear to the leather, there are some hole repairs, cracking, scuffs and scratches. There are some patches to the cloth on the under side of the cushions, see photos. There is an extra metal support to the frame, see photo.

If a third-party courier service or pallet delivery is chosen you can expect a door only delivery.
