A really high quality mid century 1960s Danish sideboard by Poul Hundevad. This has a lovely curved trim around the doors which are both lockable and come with an original vintage key and very secure brass hinges. Inside the left door there are three height adjustable and removable small open drawers, one with a green felt lining. Inside the right door there are two height adjustable shelves. The interior is a lovely light birch veneer which contrasts the outer veneer very nicely. This has an original Danish Furniture Control badge and a Hundevad stamp on the back. The unit sits on turned wood legs.
CONDITION:
Very good condition - Some very minor surface scratches on top visible in certain light only. A small 1mm gap on the right side rear top mitre joint which doesn't affect stability. The felt in the top drawer has some slight crush marks where something has rested on it. This is in great condition for something that has lived for 50 years plus!
