Fair to good condition - There are a fair amount of minor scuffs and scratches on the edges and sides but the top surface and drop door front have been re-finished to a good level. There are lots of little scuffs inside the bottom cupboard. There is a veneer chip on the left side bottom. Its still a nice looking thing despite the cosmetic marks.

We will require assistance if personally delivering - a two man option is available on request, at additional cost.
