Good overall condition - The front lower cupboard doors are slightly darker in tone but not too bad. There are some minor general scuffs and scratches on the unit, the handles have some wear to the finish, and the legs have a few minor scuffs but pretty clean overall and structurally solid.

We will require assistance if personally delivering - a two man option is available on request, at additional cost.
If a third-party courier service or pallet delivery is chosen you can expect a door only delivery.
