This is good condition overall although the right side has some filled in scuffs. The top is pretty clean with just a few minor marks. The front is mostly good but has a few small discoloured spots that are visible up close. There are some stains inside one of the cupboards and the legs have some minor scuffs on. Overall this is a really nice and solid unit.
