A vintage Danish 1960s-70s teak bookcase with a drop door cupboard made by Svend Aage Rasmussen. This has a lovely beveled front edge and really nice solid teak rounded top edges showing its great quality. This has a lovely mid century look with the warm teak veneer with a nice grain pattern. Inside the drop door there are two small height adjustable shelves and three green felt lined open drawers. At the top there is one height adjustable shelf. This sits on turned legs.
N.B with the drop door open there is a risk of the unit tipping forward if sat on an uneven surface, we recommend a wall attachment if concerned.
CONDITION:
Good overall condition - Each side has two small filled in holes. The drop door sits slightly below horizontal and has a historic repaired bit of damage to the hinge (glued damage) but works perfectly well. The top and sides are clean. There are just a few very minor scratches but overall very clean.
