A vintage Danish 1960s teak bureau or writing desk. This is a great example of retro mid century Danish furniture featuring a lovely honey toned teak veneer, multiple drawers with great angled handles, and pull out writing desk. This is a really flexible bit of furniture perfect for creating a small home office space in a tighter area. It features six drawers, three small and three large in the centre there is a nicely sized desk space which can be pushed back in when not in use making it very compact. At the top there is a small storage space which features one small removable fixed height shelf. This sits on turned teak legs.
Good vintage condition – this has had a careful clean and refinish all over jauntily bringing up the natural tones of the teak. There are some general minor age related marks over the unit. On the right hand side bottom edge there are a couple of small filled in chips that blend fairly well. On the top edge trim some sections of teak veneer have been replaced to fix damaged sections - these blend in well. The drawers are fairly smooth to operate, the bottom one does catch slightly. N.B there is no key for the top drawer.

We currently charge a flat fee of 60 pounds for delivery.

The delivery time varies from 1-2 weeks but can take more, or less, time in certain circumstances.

We are happy to quote prior to purchase, combine postage and ship abroad. 

We will require assistance if personally delivering - a two man option is available on request, at additional cost.

If a third-party courier service or pallet delivery is chosen you can expect a door only delivery.

Free collection is welcomed.
