A vintage Danish extending dining table, circa 1970s. Crafted in teak with a rounded solid teak frame and teak veneer top, the table features rounded solid teak trim with darker wood inlay at the joints. The top separates on a rail system and includes an extension leaf that store neatly beneath the main top when not in use. The table presents a classic mid-century look that suits both retro and contemporary interiors. This seats eight people comfortably, or ten at a squeeze. The base can be removed from the top with four bolts making it a lot easier for access!
Very good vintage condition – the top surface has been refinished and is in a really nice condition. There are a few minor marks on the legs and edge but nothing serious. The table slides open well and is structurally sound.
